Returns
Unused, uncut, resaleable goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if you contact us first for a returns authorisation.
Email sales@composite2go.com before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address. Do not send goods without authorisation.
There is no restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of return carriage unless the item is faulty or we supplied it in error. Delivery charges are only refunded where we are at fault. Cut, installed, weathered or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
