Shipping policy
These charges and times match our Delivery Information page. If the two ever differ, the Delivery Information page is the one to follow until this policy is updated.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK. Delivery is kerbside only. You are responsible for moving the materials into a safe storage place. Boards and kits are heavy.
Delivery charges (inc. VAT)
- Mainland UK: £55. Free on orders of £350 and over.
- Scottish Highlands: £85. Free on orders of £500 and over.
- Northern Ireland: £150.
How long it takes
Orders are processed at the first opportunity. Current delivery is typically 2–7 working days (Monday–Friday) once the order is planned.
We do not count the day you order, or the next working day, as the delivery day. Weekends are not delivery days. Example: order Monday, earliest delivery is Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Once the order is picked and packed we will confirm the delivery date. We cannot update you until the delivery has been planned.
If a line is not in stock, your advisor will contact you. We typically have 2–3 deliveries a week.
On the day
If you ask us, the driver can call about 30 minutes before arrival. Someone needs to be available to receive a kerbside delivery.
Tracking and problems
You will receive confirmation when the order is placed and again when a delivery date is set. If there is a problem with the delivery, contact sales@composite2go.com or 01772 629654.
Risk
Title and risk pass to you when the goods are delivered kerbside, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
